LETTERBOX-FRIENDLY DELIVERY Our bottles are specially designed to fit straight through your letterbox — no waiting in, no missed deliveries, no trips to the post office. Just order and go about your day.
UK SHIPPING RATES Standard UK Delivery: 2–3 business days — £3.99, or FREE on all subscription orders and one-time orders over £40.00 Express UK Delivery: 1–2 business days — £5.99
DISPATCH All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.
PROCESSING TIME Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
ADDRESS CHANGES If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@truecontrolhealth.co.uk. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.
LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS If your order has not arrived within 5 business days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at support@truecontrolhealth.co.uk and we will investigate with Royal Mail on your behalf.
